WHAT WE DO
Phoenix is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization developing the first free, all-in-one fully integrated support system for survivors of domestic abuse. Our strategy combines emergency tools and real-time rescue features with safe housing access, legal aid, and mental health support, all easily accessible in one unified platform. We don’t just ask why the system is broken. We answer with a solution.
At the core of our mission is the Phoenix App™, first all-in-one lifeline, offering survivors a full continuum of care from crisis intervention and legal advocacy to emotional support, transitional housing, and financial empowerment. Unlike traditional models that end at emergency response, Phoenix remains until survivors aren’t just safe, but actively rebuilding their lives on their own terms.

PROBLEM
Every year, over 10 million women and children are abused — and when they finally reach for help, 60–80% are turned away. That’s not a gap, it’s a system collapse.
For the last decade, survivor support system has barely evolved. While many nonprofits deliver vital, life-saving support, most remain centered on short-term relief rather than systemic innovation.
Survivors are still met with outdated responses, the same broken loops - maze of hotlines, endless waitlists, and shelters bursting at the seams.

Phoenix App
The Phoenix App offers discreet, trauma-informed protection and comprehensive support on one platform. A secret tap or voice command triggers an SOS, alerting 911, the Phoenix Command Center, and trusted contacts while recording and uploading real-time evidence. Survivors can access safe transport, housing, legal and therapy support, and personalized safety plans. Features include encrypted evidence storage, disguise mode, automated check-ins, and live GPS tracking — all fast, secure, and survivor-guided.
DV Command Center
The Phoenix Command Center is the 24/7 hub where every SOS, survivor request, and Guardian Legion mission is monitored and coordinated in real time. Staffed by trained operators and case managers, it ensures rapid response, connection to legal, housing, and therapy aid, and swift deployment of vetted Guardians for transport or support. Each alert is tracked through a DV-specific CMS, ensuring no call is missed — a fusion of technology and compassion delivering safety the moment it’s needed.
Guardian Legion
The Guardian Legion is Phoenix’s trauma-informed, highly trained safety corps — the nation’s first community force standing beside survivors at their most vulnerable moments. More than volunteers, Legionnaires serve as escorts, SafeRide companions, peer supporters, and rapid-response allies during SOS activations. Trained in crisis awareness and de-escalation, they ensure no survivor feels alone. Working with case managers, therapists, and operators, the Legion forms the survivor’s “Guardian Circle” — a living shield of people and resources proving safety is strongest when shared.
