With a secret voice command or tap, a SOS alert will be triggered, silently notifying 911, Phoenix Command Center, and the user’s trusted contacts. Simultaneously, live location tracking and background audio/video recording will begin, with all evidence securely uploaded to a cloud vault in real time. Survivors will be able to chat with trained responders, schedule free transportation, and locate safe housing. They will also have the ability to connect with volunteer therapists or pro bono legal aid and create personalized plans for both safety and next steps.Advanced safety features include an encrypted evidence vault, disguise mode, secret background recordings, DV prevention security protocols, personalized safety planning, automated check-ins, and live GPS tracking. Every feature is trauma-informed, fast, and discreet, developed by our guardian team in collaboration with DV experts and survivors.

The Guardian Legion is Phoenix Guardian Alliance’s community safety corps — a nation's first trauma-informed, highly trained, and carefully vetted community force that stands beside survivors at their most vulnerable moments. More than just volunteers, Guardian Legion members are organized into structured tiers and serve as escorts, SafeRide companions, peer supporters, and rapid-response allies during SOS activations.Each Legionnaire is trained in crisis awareness, de-escalation, and survivor-centered care, ensuring that no survivor ever feels alone or unsupported. Together with case managers, therapists, lawyers, and SOS operators, the Guardian Legion forms part of the survivor’s “Guardian Circle” — a protective shield of trusted humans and real-time resources that transforms hope into a system. It is the heartbeat of Phoenix’s mission: neighbors and citizens rising to become guardians, proving that safety is strongest when it is shared.

Phoenix provides survivors with an unbroken circle of protection. Every survivor is paired with a personal case manager who guides them from crisis to stability, coordinating legal, therapeutic, and financial support. Through the app, survivors can instantly connect with our in-house lawyers, paralegals, and therapists, or receive warm referrals to network of trusted partners. Together, the case manager, lawyer, therapist, and a trained Guardian Legion volunteer form a survivor’s Guardian Circle — a dedicated team that replaces endless waitlists and retraumatizing retellings with immediate, personal, and always-there support. Phoenix ensures that justice, healing, and safety are never out of reach.

The Phoenix Rise Economic Empowerment Programs give survivors free access to job training, career coaching, and financial education designed for fast, practical impact. Instead of long, inaccessible tracks, Phoenix Rise offers short, intensive courses in fields like real estate, marketing, sales, and accounting — equipping survivors with marketable skills they can use immediately. Participants also receive resume support, interview prep, and personalized career coaching to ensure they can confidently enter or re-enter the workforce. In addition, survivors learn essential financial skills including budgeting, credit repair, and investing, while gaining access to a supportive network of mentors, survivor leaders, and hiring partners committed to opening doors. With the backing of Phoenix empowerment teams, survivors walk away not only with new skills but with the tools, confidence, and professional connections to build independence and lasting stability on their own terms.

Phoenix Safehaven will be trauma-informed survivor only sanctuaries built to provide safety, dignity, and a foundation for long-term healing. Each refuge will offer private, secure housing for survivors in a peaceful environment designed to restore a sense of agency and calm. On-site support will include licensed therapists, legal advocates, 24/7 security, childcare professionals, and case managers dedicated to personalized recovery plans.Survivors will also have access to wellness amenities such as meditation and fitness rooms, holistic health services, art and writing studios, media lounges, resource libraries, and tranquil gardens. Empowerment programs ranging from financial literacy and career coaching to legal workshops and peer-led support groups will ensure every resident has the tools to rebuild and reclaim their future.
