How it all started
Phoenix was born from the tragic passing of a friend at the hands of an abuser. After witnessing two women in his community struggle to escape long-term abuse, one of whom ultimately lost her life due to a lack of resources, the organization’s founder made a promise: to build the system that should have saved her.
We have gathered a team of survivors, advocates, nonprofit experts, world class tech engineers, attorneys, and trauma-informed psychologists united by one mission: to create a system that will save lives.
That promise became Phoenix Guardian Alliance, a nationwide effort to ensure that no survivor is ever left without safety, support, or a path to rebuild.

What is Phoenix?
The current system is decentralized, slow, and inefficient. Resources are scattered and difficult to access.
The mission of Phoenix Guardian Alliance is to build the first fully integrated support system for survivors, uniting emergency response tools, trauma-informed mental health care, legal advocacy, safe housing, children’s programs, and economic empowerment. This 360-degree network will be powered by cutting-edge technology, AI, and human support, delivered through both our in-house services and a nationwide alliance of trusted organizations, advocates, and providers. Together, we will ensure that no survivor ever falls through the cracks again.

Every 9 seconds a woman is beaten or abused in the US. Yet up to 80% of survivors are turned away when seeking help. The current system available to those facing abuse is outdated and ineffectual. With scattered services and slow response times, survivors are left to fend for themselves in their hour of need. The repercussions are staggering, depriving victims of any recourse in dangerous situations that too often prove fatal.
In the United States, more than 10 women experience domestic violence each year. But these numbers don’t tell the full story -50% of survivors never report. Fear and lack of resources keep countless cries for help from ever being heard.
Phoenix refuses to let those voices go unanswered.
The Phoenix Guardian mission was born out of a deep, unwavering belief: No one should feel trapped, powerless, or alone in their fight to escape abuse. Our hearts were both lifted by empowering stories of survivors and shattered by harrowing accounts of victims who tried to leave but were pulled back by fear or lack of advocacy and resources.
For those still suffering, the questions always loom:
“Where can I go? What will I do? Who will help me?”
Our intention is not to bandage the broken system.

PHOENIX ROADMAP
Phoenix App™
From discreet protection to comprehensive support, the Phoenix App will provide access to life-saving features never before available on a single platform. With a secret voice command or tap, a SOS alert will be triggered, silently notifying 911, Phoenix Command Center, and the user’s trusted contacts. Simultaneously, live location tracking and background audio/video recording will begin, with all evidence securely uploaded to a cloud vault in real time. Survivors will be able to chat with trained responders, schedule free transportation, and locate safe housing. They will also have the ability to connect with volunteer therapists or pro bono legal aid and create personalized plans for both safety and next steps.Advanced safety features include an encrypted evidence vault, disguise mode, secret background recordings, DV prevention security protocols, personalized safety planning, automated check-ins, and live GPS tracking. Every feature is trauma-informed, fast, and discreet, developed by our guardian team in collaboration with DV experts and survivors.
