Phoenix Guardians
We’re here to transform how survivors access safety, support, and justice.
Because the old systems failed, and we refuse to let that continue.

ALEXANDER MILSTEIN
Founder & President
Alexander Milstein pursued undergraduate studies at Tufts University, earning a bachelor's degree with a double major in History and Political Science. A mission-driven entrepreneur and advocate, he has launched ventures and led initiatives across Los Angeles, Paris, Tel Aviv, Madrid, and multiple cities in Eastern Europe.
From a young age, Alexander has been guided by a deep commitment to justice and community care. He founded an international youth political debate and leadership club and played a key role in national humanitarian efforts across Eastern Europe, helping raise millions for critically ill children in need of life-saving treatment. His work included organizing large-scale fundraising events, managing high-profile awareness campaigns, and securing hard-to-access medications from abroad, ensuring children received critical care when local systems failed them.
The Phoenix mission was born out of personal tragedy. After two survivors of long-term abuse, both close friends of Alexander, turned to him for help, he witnessed firsthand the terrifying gaps in the systems that were meant to protect them in their most vulnerable hour. One of the young women, a beloved friend and ally, ultimately lost her life after being isolated and abused overseas. Riddled with grief and the knowledge that her death could have been prevented, he became determined to ensure that no one suffering from abuse would be left without the safety, support, and the tools they need to escape and rebuild. Thus began the dream of holistic advocacy that would evolve into the Phoenix Guardian Alliance.
Leading with bold vision and relentless urgency, Alexander remains driven by an unshakable belief: We can build the compassionate, effective system that should have always existed - for his fallen friend, for those still fighting to survive, for every phoenix ready to rise from the ashes of abuse.
