Phoenix App Features
the first all-in-one lifeline for victims of domestic abuse.

SOS Activation
Emergency SOS lets survivors instantly alert police, Phoenix Command center and trusted contacts with their live location using a discreet trigger - like a secret voice command, tap, phone shake, or hidden button. The alert sends silently, without tipping off the abuser. Fully integrated with Phoenix’s crisis network, it ensures rapid, quiet protection when it's needed most.
Secret Recording & Automatic Cloud Back Up
Secret Recording allows survivors to discreetly capture audio or video evidence of abuse using a hidden trigger. When the SOS button is activated, recording starts automatically, ensuring nothing is missed in moments of crisis. All files are instantly uploaded to the cloud for safekeeping, protected from deletion. Fully integrated with the Phoenix platform, it documents abuse securely and silently—without putting survivors at further risk.

SafeRide & SafeHouse
SafeHouse & SafeRide connects survivors to nearby domestic violence shelters, partnered hotels, Airbnbs, and verified safehouses—with free guaranteed lodging and no wait times. Survivors can book a safe stay instantly with just one tap. SafeRide also offers free, discreet transportation to these locations through trusted partners. Location-based, multilingual, and trauma-informed, it’s designed to get survivors out quickly, safely, and silently.
Daily Check-ins& Custom Alerts
Daily Check - Ins & Reminders help survivors stay connected through safety check-ins with trusted contacts/family, and the Phoenix Command Center. Users can set discreet reminders to confirm they're safe. If a check-in is missed, the app automatically alerts selected contacts with the user’s location and status—creating a silent safety net that’s always watching out.

Whether for crisis intervention or ongoing healing, emotional support is always just one tap away.

Guardian Legion™
Guardian Legion is Phoenix’s volunteer force, made up primarily of veterans and former military personnel trained in trauma-informed response. Each Guardian is thoroughly vetted and background-checked. They are only deployed at the survivor’s request—to provide a protective presence, escort, or immediate support until authorities arrive. The Guardian Legion is our promise that no survivor will ever face danger alone.
Educational Resources
Educational Resources empowers survivors with clear, accessible tools to understand abuse and plan their escape. It includes interactive guides on recognizing warning signs, building personalized safety plans, and learning legal rights around restraining orders, custody, and protection. Designed in plain language and multiple languages, this feature helps survivors make informed decisions—safely and at their own pace.

Anonymous 24/7 Chat & Support
Anonymous Chat & Support offers survivors a safe, judgment-free space to connect with trained domestic violence counselors 24/7. Users can share their stories anonymously, seek advice, or simply be heard. With survivor-led forums and moderated community spaces, this feature fosters healing, support, and solidarity—without ever revealing a name or identity.
