OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Mission

The national backbone and first integrated safety and support ecosystem for victims and survivors of domestic violence.

Phoenix National Alliance exists to protect and support survivors of domestic violence by centralizing safety and coordinating care. Through a 24/7 Phoenix Command Center and the first domestic-violence-specific safety app, we provide continuous emergency protection, while uniting nonprofits, pro bono legal professionals, therapists, housing providers, and economic-empowerment programs into one integrated national alliance. Phoenix ensures survivors receive help without navigating a fragmented system and enables partners to collaborate seamlessly without replacing their existing work.

Vision

A nation where no survivor is left to navigate crisis alone—where safety is always available, support is coordinated across organizations, and recovery is not delayed by waitlists, silos, or systemic gaps. Phoenix envisions a future in which survivor protection and care operate as one trusted, national system, accessible anywhere, accountable at all times, and centered on survivor safety, dignity and choice.

Solution

Phoenix is built on a unified but clearly separated model: centralized safety and coordinated support.

SAFETY is provided directly by Phoenix through a 24/7 Phoenix Command Center and the first domestic-violence-specific safety app. When a survivor enables the app, Phoenix Guardians monitor SOS alerts, safety check-ins, live location (with consent), and silent emergency escalation with a tap or a secret voice command to 911, Guardian Legion volunteers and the Guardian Circle . This ensures there is always one accountable safety authority, regardless of which organization is providing care or where the survivor is located.

SUPPORT is delivered through the Phoenix National Alliance—the first unified national ecosystem connecting domestic-violence nonprofits, pro bono attorneys, paralegals, trauma therapists, housing and transport partners, and economic-empowerment programs. Instead of survivors calling provider after provider, sitting on waitlists, and repeatedly retelling their story, Phoenix coordinates care on their behalf. Partner organizations can refer survivors with a single click, check availability across multiple providers, communicate and pass along consented information securely and accurately.

For survivors, this means one continuous journey: immediate protection when they are at risk, and coordinated support without delay, duplication, or retraumatization -  all at one place. For partner organizations, it means faster referrals, reduced administrative burden, preserved autonomy, and access to national infrastructure without replacing their existing systems. Phoenix does not replace organizations, it enables them to work together as one system.

OUR MISSION

The current system is decentralized, slow, and inefficient. Resources are scattered and difficult to access.

The mission of Phoenix Guardian Alliance is to build the first fully integrated support system for survivors, uniting emergency response tools, trauma-informed mental health care, legal advocacy, safe housing, children’s programs, and economic empowerment. This 360-degree network will be powered by cutting-edge technology, AI, and human support, delivered through both our in-house services and a nationwide alliance of trusted organizations, advocates, and providers. Together, we will ensure that no survivor ever falls through the cracks again.

Phoenix is not just bandaging a broken system.

We are building a new one.

PHOENIX ROADMAP

After listening to thousands of survivors, one truth is clear: patchwork fixes don’t work.

That is why our team is building the world’s first all-in-one digital lifeline for survivors of domestic violence, uniting human care, technology and AI into a complete survivor support ecosystem designed and shaped by survivors themselves. What was once fragmented chaos becomes a single, unified protection shield, accessible at the touch of a finger:

Phoenix App™

From discreet protection to comprehensive support, the Phoenix App will provide access to life-saving features never before available on a single platform. With a secret voice command or tap, a SOS alert will be triggered, silently notifying 911, Phoenix Command Center, and the user’s trusted contacts. Simultaneously, live location tracking and background audio/video recording will begin, with all evidence securely uploaded to a cloud vault in real time. Survivors will be able to chat with trained responders, schedule free transportation, and locate safe housing. They will also have the ability to connect with volunteer therapists or pro bono legal aid and create personalized plans for both safety and next steps.Advanced safety features include an encrypted evidence vault, disguise mode, secret background recordings, DV prevention security protocols, personalized safety planning, automated check-ins, and live GPS tracking. Every feature is trauma-informed, fast, and discreet, developed by our guardian team in collaboration with DV experts and survivors.
