Phoenix Guardians
We’re here to transform how survivors access safety, support, and justice.
Because the old systems failed, and we refuse to let that continue.

ALEXANDER MILSTEIN
Founder & CEO
Russian-Israeli, born in New York and raised between NY Moscow, Tel Aviv and London. Graduate of Tufts University (History & Political Science); attended Duke University before fully committing to entrepreneurship. Lived and built ventures across LA, Paris, Madrid, Moscow & St Petersburg.
Founder and advocate of multiple international initiatives.
Launched and led a youth political debate and leadership club. Alexander played a key role in national humanitarian efforts across Russia - helping to raise millions for critically ill children in need of life-saving treatments unavailable locally. This included organizing large-scale fundraising events, managing high-profile awareness campaigns, and conducting direct outreach to major donors. These efforts helped procure expensive, often difficult-to-access medications from abroad, ensuring children received urgent care otherwise beyond reach.
Phoenix was born from personal experience: two close friends, survivors of long-term abuse, inspired an unshakable mission to fight for others. One of them - Alexander’s dear friend - was killed after being isolated and abused overseas. It was preventable. Phoenix is his promise: that no survivor will ever be left alone again, and that we will build the safety net that failed her.
Driven by justice, bold thinking, and a resolute belief that we can build the system that should have always existed.
