Protecting & Empowering Survivors
of Domestic Violence
First All In One Hollistic Support System for Survivors of Domestic Violence at the touch of a finger
WHAT IS PHOENIX GUARDIAN ALLIANCE
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building the first fully integrated lifeline for survivors of domestic violence, combining emergency tools, real time rescue features and long term support. All easily accessible in one unified platform.
OUR MISSION
The current system is decentralized, slow, and inefficient. Resources are scattered and difficult to access.
The mission of Phoenix Guardian Alliance is to build the first fully integrated support system for survivors, uniting emergency response tools, trauma-informed mental health care, legal advocacy, safe housing, children’s programs, and economic empowerment. This 360-degree network will be powered by cutting-edge technology, AI, and human support, delivered through both our in-house services and a nationwide alliance of trusted organizations, advocates, and providers. Together, we will ensure that no survivor ever falls through the cracks again.
Phoenix is not just bandaging a broken system.
We are building a new one.

PHOENIX BEYOND
THE APP
PHOENIX SAFEHAVEN
Phoenix SafeHaven will be a safe, fully staffed transitional housing sanctuary for 40 - 60 women and children escaping abuse. Located on serene acreage in Northern California, it will offer extended stays of 1 - 3 months in private, trauma-informed cabins, unlike many shelters where survivors share space with the general homeless population in overcrowded, urban settings. Here, survivors will have the privacy, safety, and dignity they deserve, along with in-house therapy, social services, wellness center, childcare, economic empowerment programs, and chef-prepared meals. By combining the restorative power of nature with wraparound care, we can deliver a higher quality of healing at a lower cost than traditional urban shelters.

SURVIVORS
WHAT SURVIVORS ARE TELLING US
When we asked what survivors needed most, their answers were clear, powerful, and heartbreaking.
Everything they asked for is exactly what Phoenix is building.
* the following are Survivor Survey Highlight Statistics (Pilot Evaluation & Internal Needs Assessment)
"This is what survivors have been missing. I’m in tears of joy.
Bless you, I’m so grateful."
"I never thought anyone would build something like this for us.
You have no idea how much this means."
"If I had this before, my story would have been so different. I’m grateful it’s coming for others now."

The Phoenix Founders Circle and Guardian Guild offer tiered monthly and annual memberships. Donors receive impact updates, survivor stories, and recognition opportunities like naming rights.
Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships
Companies can underwrite SafeRide credits, therapy sessions, or SafeHaven cabins as part of their ESG and DEI commitments, creating recurring sponsorship pipelines.

Phase 1 CORE
OC & NY (OC & Manhattan NY)
$2.5M
The Phase 1 core budget is dedicated to app development, infrastructure, survivor services, and core team support, deliberately starting in one NYC borough and select areas of Orange County. By beginning in smaller, focused communities, we can beta test with 100% quality, care, and attentiveness, ensuring survivors receive the highest standard of protection and support before scaling Phoenix citywide and nationwide. At the same time, Phoenix’s digital safety features that require no human staff, like SOS alerts, encrypted evidence vault, silent recordings, automated safety check-ins — will launch nationally from day one, giving survivors across the U.S. instant access to core protections while we refine and expand human support region by region.

Phoenix Safe Haven
$2M - Land Purchase in CA
$3M - Construction + Staffing
$2-5M
The Phoenix Safehouse ($5M) initiative will establish and launch the very first Phoenix SafeHaven, a trauma-informed refuge designed to provide immediate safety, healing, and stability for survivors. Of this budget, $2M will go toward acquiring the property, while $3M will fund the construction of additional lodging cabins and support the first year of full operations, including on-site therapists, legal advocates, childcare staff, and 24/7 trained security. Donors have the unique opportunity to create a lasting legacy through naming rights with the entire refuge available at the $5M level, or individual survivor cabins at $500K each. This first SafeHaven will stand as a national model for holistic survivor care, combining safety, dignity, and empowerment in one sanctuary. $5M will transform a Northern California ranch into our first Phoenix Refuge — a haven for survivors with housing, therapy, childcare, and economic empowerment programs.
Phase 1 FULL LAUNCH
Bi-coastal HQ + SafeHaven + Phoenix Rise pilot + R&D Phoenix Kids
$11.5M
The $11.5M Comprehensive Launch gives Phoenix two fully staffed 24/7 Command Centers—one in Orange County and one in New York City. These hubs are the brain and heartbeat of Phoenix: every SOS alert from the app is answered in real time by trained operators, case managers, and legal/therapy staff who know the survivor’s local system. Having both coasts covered means true national redundancy—if one center goes down from fire, outage, or cyberattack, the other instantly takes over. It also ensures time-zone coverage and credibility with law enforcement, courts, and shelters on both coasts. The comprehensive launch includes the Phoenix SafeHaven refuge, launches Phoenix Rise with coaching and quick online career courses in sales, accounting, marketing, real estate, and begins the R&D phase of the Phoenix for Kids App, the first child-focused safety tool , creating the only end-to-end system that carries survivors from emergency to independence while safeguarding the next generation.

Thank you for standing with survivors.
With Phoenix, we are building what has never existed before.
Every second counts. Every gift is a lifeline. For survivors, safety cannot wait.
With your support, a mother will escape tonight instead of becoming another statistic tomorrow. A child will sleep safely instead of living in fear and carrying trauma for life. A survivor will rise because you chose to act. Your voice and support can be the difference between life and death.
For the last decade, the survivor support system has not evolved. Most nonprofits focus on short-term relief, funding X more shelter beds or hiring XX more operators, and speak of change, yet bring no real innovation. Their “success” is measured by hotline calls answered. But what happens after the call?
The reality is staggering: 60-85% of survivors cannot access shelters, hotlines, or services at the moment they reach out for help.
Too often, survivors are abandoned , met with endless redirects, forced to retell their story again and again , only to hear the same devastating response: “Sorry, we’re over capacity. We can’t help you now.” A dead end, in the most fragile and dangerous moment of their lives. Billions have been poured into this broken system, but the lifelines survivors desperately need remain out of reach.
At Phoenix, a survivor is never just a statistic. We will never cloud the truth with vanity metrics. We will not tell you our success is calls answered and boxes checked, because that’s not success. For us, "job done" means problems solved, lives saved, futures rebuilt and proof that new system is possible. Those are the only measures that matter, and the only proof that your gift is creating lasting impact , not sustaining broken systems.
We will not let go of their hand. From the moment of crisis to the moment they are safe, financially independent, and rising, Phoenix delivers the first true 360-degree support system, combining unprecedented efficiency through AI, technology, and human care - so no survivor ever falls through the cracks.
This is not a bandage. This is a turning point.
This is our chance, together, to build a lifeline survivors always deserved.
We may not end violence overnight, but we can save lives today.
We can protect mothers, children, and families before it’s too late.
Stand with us. Become a Guardian.
Together, we can save lives, and finally build support system survivors deserve.
We would be honored to share more about Phoenix: our roadmap, vision, and mission to build the first true lifeline for survivors. At your convenience, please follow the link below to schedule a meeting. We would be grateful for the chance to meet with you in person, present our vision, and explore how together we can join forces on this historic, generational mission to protect lives and transform survivor safety.
